January 2025 Zoning Amendments

The following proposed amendments to the Burlington Zoning Bylaw and Zoning Map are as follows for the 2025 January Town Meeting being held on Monday January 27, 2025.

This amendment was recommended favorably to Town Meeting by the Planning Board at their meeting of December 5, 2024. The vote was 3-4-0.

Submitted by the Zoning Bylaw Review Committee of Town Meeting

This amendment was recommended favorably to Town Meeting by the Planning Board at their meeting of December 5, 2024. The vote was 7-0-0.

Submitted by the Planning Board

This amendment was recommended favorably to Town Meeting by the Planning Board at their meeting of December 5, 2024. The vote was 6-1-0.

Submitted by the Planning Board

This amendment was recommended favorably to Town Meeting by the Planning Board at their meeting of December 5, 2024. The vote was 7-0-0.

The Public Hearing for this amendment was continued to the meeting of February 6th by the Planning Board at their meeting on November 21, 2024. Since the Planning Board did not make a vote of recommendation to Town Meeting, this warrant article will not be discussed at the January 27, 2025 Town Meeting.
