Post Subdivision Forms
To submit a Definitive Subdivision you must have:
1. Completed Definitive Subdivision Application
2. A brief descripton of the proposed subdivision
3. A list of any requested waivers
3. A Form D Certificate
4. (3) full size (24" x 36" folder paper copies and I electronic pdf of (3) full size (24" x 36") folder paper copies and I electronic pdf of the Engineer stamped site plan.
All Applications mus be filed in Viewpoint
