4. Booking your Appointment:
   Due to the large number of sales/closings, the DPW requires a minimum of 7 business days (2 weeks preferred) written notice for an inspection and final water meter reading.
6. Availability:
   The final bill will be available after 11am the day following the inspection appointment.
8. Rules and Regulations:
   Any inspection or reading needed sooner than 7 business days may be subject to a fee as stated in the DPW Rules and Regulations.
