2022 Burlington Board of Health Flu Clinic

There will be a public flu clinic on November 15th from 9:00am to 12:00pm at 61 Center Street, Room 207 for all ages by appointment only.  If possible, please wear a loose-fitting short sleeve shirt.  

Please click on the link below to make an appointment. Be sure to enter in your information accurately and include, if available, any health insurance information. All children and adults are eligible regardless of insurance status.  When registering, please enter in an email address for canceling or rescheduling your appointments. Children under age 18 must be accompanied by parent/guardian. If you have questions or are unable to register, call the Board of Health office at 781-270-1955.
