Ridehail 101: How to Use Uber & Lyft (DOCX)

Transportation is available five days a week for programs and medical appointments within the town or to Burlington Medical, New England Rehab or Baldwin Place in Woburn. Due to Covid-19 transportation is not available for Saturdays for shopping and general activities such as hair appointments.

Due to the very busy van schedule you must call at least a day in advance or put your name on the lunch list in the lower right hand corner for a ride. There will be no rides for anyone who calls requesting a ride that day.

Alternative Transportation

For medical rides outside of our hours or outside of town please call the FISH program at 781-270-1961. People with disabilities can also use The Ride through the MBTA. For more information click on the link below.
