fitness & wellness discounts
Members of our health insurance plans receive up to $150 calendar-year reimbursement (total per family) for qualified fitness centers. Must be a member of a fitness facility for a minimum of 4 months. File annually, before March 31st of the following year.
Harvard Pilgrim reimbursement form (can be mailed or completed online)
Members receive reimbursement for traditional gyms as well as facilities that offer yoga, Pilates, Zumba, aerobic/group classes, indoor cycling/spinning classes, kickboxing, CrossFit, strength training, tennis, indoor rock climbing and personal training (taught by a certified instructor).
Blue Cross Blue Shield reimbursement form
Members receive reimbursement for fees paid for membership in a full service health club that offers both strength and cardio equipment, or reimbursement for fitness classes at a health club.
Blue Cross Weight Loss Reimbursement - up to $150 per calendar year for participation in a qualified weight loss program.
Embody Fitness offers 15% off all services and classes - Nutrition, Fitness, Yoga, Massage, and Acupuncture.
North Suburban YMCA in Woburn offers 10% off the monthly member rate, and will occasionally provide a promotion to waive the joiner fee. Try the YMCA for free - download a free 3-day pass.

Harvard Pilgrim member savings
The Burlington Recreation Department offers a wide variety of fitness classes including Zumba, Boot Camp, Yoga, Strength Training, as well as programs, activities, and trips.
Lahey Hospital hosts an 8-week Freedom From Smoking® program at its Woburn facility several times a year. This program is provided to all employees and family members (ages 18+) at no cost.
Burlington Scripts - members of our health insurance plans can receive a 3-month supply of eligible brand-name medications at $0 copay.
Service provided by MedImpact Direct. Receive a 3-month supply of your maintenance medication with free delivery to your home. Pay only a 1-month copay.
Blue Cross Mail Order Prescription Discount
Service provided by ExpressScripts. Receive a 3-month supply of your maintenance medication with free delivery to your home. Pay only a 1-month copay. In addition you will receive:
- 24-hour access to a pharmacist by phone
- Easy options for refilling a prescription, including ordering online, by telephone
- Mobile app available
Additionally, these prescription generic medications cost only $9 for a 90-day supply when purchased through the Express Scripts mail service pharmacy.
Good Health Gateway – Members of our health insurance plans can receive diabetes medications and supplies for $0 copay.
Wegmans provides select generic medications at a cost of $4 for 30-days or $10 for 90-days. The Burlington Wegmans' pharmacy has also offered free antibiotics. Prescriptions are required. Wegmans also offers competitive prices on pet medications.

The Burlington Public Library offers free and discounted access to over 20 local museums including the Boston Children’s Museum, New England Aquarium, Museum of Science, and the Franklin Park & Stone Zoo. Passes may be reserved up to 60 days in advance.
