Annual Renewal

ANNUAL RENEWAL
NOTICE TO ALL LIQUOR LICENSE HOLDERS

The State Alcohol Beverages Control Commission (ABCC) has released all liquor license renewal applications.   ALL RENEWAL APPLICATIONS HAVE BEEN MAILED TO THE LICENSED ESTABLISHMENTS WITH INSTRUCTIONS.  IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR COPY, PLEASE CONTACT THE LOCAL LICENSING AUTHORITY AT 781 270-1850.

We are also mailing a copy of the renewal license and backup to any known licensing corporation for the establishments.  Please contact this office if you would like to be added or to confirm you are on the licensing agency list.

WE CANNOT DO JUST ONE OR THE OTHER AND ALL LICENSE RENEWALS MUST BE  MAILED TO THE LICENSED ESTABLISHMENT AS WE  CANNOT TAKE THE RESPONSIBILITY THAT A LICENSING AGENCY HAS CHANGED AND THE ESTABLISHMENT MISSES THE OPPORTUNITY TO RENEW PER ABCC GUIDELINES.

The Tax Department will be confirming that all taxes are up to date with all establishments.

The deadline for receipt of the renewal applications is the last week in November.

Contact this office if a new manager is not reflected on the ABCC's renewal application.  The ABCC is required to be notified of all changes, including new managers.  Use the blank renewal form below if your new manager is not reflected on your application.  Open the first link below to make an amendment to the state and contact this office regarding the submission of an amendment.
