Overview:

The Reserve at Burlington is a luxury rental apartment community located in Burlington, MA, containing 270 units offering connected and tranquil living.  There will be 68 affordable apartments ready for occupancy starting in Summer/Fall 2019.  Apartments feature vinyl plank flooring in living areas and kitchen, tiled bathrooms, carpeted bedrooms, stainless steel appliances, and oversized windows.  The community features a two-story lobby, a large club room, modern tech lounge, and four outdoor courtyards with four distinct feels: Active, featuring a resort-style pool, outdoor yoga area, kitchen & bar, spacious seating area, and fireplace; Playful, featuring outdoor giant checkerboard, performance space, and fireplace; Quiet, featuring peaceful zen garden, firepit, and woodland views; Natural, featuring open lawn area for picnics or play nestled in the trees.  In addition, the property will have a State-of-the-art fitness center and studio room with space for Fitness on Demand, yoga, and spin classes, an indoor/outdoor solarium with a living wall and water feature, an on-site pet spa and play area, and storage locker rental space available on site.

Burlington has five Affordable Housing apartment rental complexes and two Assisted Living complexes.  Their rents are based on the HUD Guidelines which change every year in March or April.

You must first go to the Complex itself and sign their waiting list with the Town of Burlington.  They will contact our office at the town when and if you are approved.  There is no minimum income other than that you have to be able to afford the rent and utilities.
