For those with Parkinsons join Susanne from Dancing Wellness by emailing her at firstname.lastname@example.org. This class is free of charge and all individuals with PD and their caregivers are welcome! Dance improves balance, agility, mobility, strength, musicality and rhythm while also improving neuroplasticity in the brain. An added benefit: it's joyful and enhances dopamine levels!
