Online Registration

Burlington residents are welcome to register on-line for Recreation Department programs and events. If you wish to take advantage of on-line registration, it is very important that you follow the procedures outlined below. Please call the Recreation Department if you have any questions (781-270-1695).

New Household

You may set up your household on-line at www.burlington.org: just click on the Library & Recreation link and then click on the Parks & Recreation link. Once you are on the Recreation page, click the on-line registration link and then click the First Time or New User link. When your update is complete, you will automatically receive a user name and password by email. We recommend after setting up your household account that you change your user name and password.

First-Time User

If you or a family member has participated in a program or trip in the last five years, you will be able to establish an on-line account. Proceed to our web site www.burlington.org click the Library and Recreation link and then click the Parks and Recreation link. Once you are on the Recreation Department page, click the on-line registration link to establish your on-line account. You will be asked for a user-name and password. Your user-name is your home telephone number including your area code with no dashes. Your password is your last name. You will be asked to answer two security questions that will help identify your household, if you forget your user-name or password. Please update any information to your household that has been changed since the last time you registered for a program (emergency numbers, grades, medical information, etc). We recommend after setting up your household that you change your user name and password. You are now ready to register for current season programs. To assure all activities have been processed correctly print a copy of your registrations for your record. Once the starting date of a program has passed you will not be able to register on-line.

Reminder to all on-line participants

Please update your household information such as name, address, household members, phone number (home, emergency, and cell), and most importantly, your email address. Please call the office during normal business hours, Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., if you need assistance updating your household information.

Exceptions to registering on-line

You will not be able to register for Trips and Tours, apply partial payment to a program or request financial assistance on-line.

The Burlington Recreation Department’s on-line registration site is a secure website, ensuring that all information and transactions are secure between web servers and browsers.
