Full Water Restriction Lifted - Return to "Year Round Water Conservation Program" as of 5/14/19
The Town has lifted the Full Water Restriction and returning to the “Year-Round Water Conservation Program” as of May 14, 2019. This Water Conservation Program consists of:
- Mandatory Water Restriction “odd/even” outdoor watering with irrigation systems and sprinklers should be limited to every other day (based on house or building number). This is effective year-round. This means that if you have an even number for an address you can water on the even days of the month. If you have an odd number for an address you can water on the odd days of the month. Everyone can water on the 31st of the month.
- NO automated watering will be allowed between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.
- Irrigation to establish new lawns will only be allowed during April/May and September/October, with written approval from the DPW, and is not allowed between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.
As always, please feel free to contact the DPW for any questions or concerns you may have, at 781-270-1670.
