Burlington residents and community groups can learn more about the Burlington Land Swap Project from the recently launched Web site www.burlingtonlandswap.com.
The project involves a four-parcel land exchange between Burlington and two developers and must be approved by voters at Town Meeting in May to move forward.
If approved, the project would allow Burlington to preserve open space and a historic site in the center of town.
It would also permit Billerica-based Ruping Builders to construct 144 luxury apartments and 36 affordable units, and The Gutierrez Co. of Burlington to build an office building and parking garage.
The Web site features updated meeting schedules, site plans, news articles and press releases and information on economic growth and schools.
