Burlington Assessor’s Department

 

The Assessors Office is located on the first floor of the Town Hall, which is located at 29 Center St.

The primary function of the Assessor’s Department is to value all Real Estate and Personal Property

within the Town of Burlington. The Department also administers all Motor Vehicle Excise Bills, Real

Estate Exemptions, Real Estate and Personal Property Abatements. The Assessors Department has 3

Elected Assessors, 1 Appraiser / Assistant Assessor, 1 Principal Clerk and 2 Senior Clerks.
