It has been proven many times that citizens who perform CPR on a
victim suffering a cardiac arrest, prior to the arrival of emergency
personnel, greatly increase the chance of survival.
Burlington Residents should consider participating in a citizen CPR class offered FREE by the Fire Department. They can really make a difference. An it takes only about 2 hours to learn. All classes are held at the Fire Department Headquarters and start at 6:30pm |

Note: IF you need CPR CERTIFICATION the Burlington Fire Department can provide information on those courses as well. There is a cost for certification... there is no cost for Community CPR. |
