Water and Sewer rate increase

At the June 14, 2010 Board of Selectmen meeting, the Board approved new water and sewer rates for Residential and Commercial use.

In order to give all customers adequate notice on the water they are currently using, the new rates will have a staggered implementation date.  All water on the meter will be billed as follows:

Bills sent in June 2010 will be at the old rate
Bills sent in July 2010 will be at the old rate
Bills sent in August 2010 will be at the old rate
Bills sent in September 2010 will be at the old rate

Bills sent in October 2010 will be at the new rate
Bills sent in November 2010 will be at the new rate
Bills sent in December will be at the new rate
Bills sent in January 2011 will be at the new rate
Bills sent in February 2011 will be at the new rate
Bills sent in March 2011 will be at the new rate
