COLLEGEBOARD

CollegeBoard is the go to website to begin your college search. There are also resources to help you plan for your college experience, help you through the application process and navigate financial aid. You can also practice and register for the SAT.

COLLEGENET

Collegenet is another website for college and scholarship searching.

PETERSONS

Petersons is another website to search for college. They also have a step by step timeline for the college application process. Petersons also has college essay help and a scholarships search.

FINANCIAL AID

MASSACHUSETTS FINANCIAL AID

Learn about grants, loans and scholarships available to Massachusetts’s residents. Each grant/scholarship etc. has different requirements – please read them carefully to determine if you are eligible. There are also some instances where tuition may be waived. Find out more.

FAFSA: FREE APPLICATION FOR FEDERAL STUDENT AID

The FAFSA is required to be eligible for federal student loans.  Many schools also require this form to be eligible for their own scholarships, grants and work study opportunities.

FEDERAL STUDENT LOANS

Check this website out to learn about the loans and aid you are eligible to receive. You can also calculate what your payment will be when you graduate, and manage your loans online.

ECAMPUS TOURS

This website provides virtual tours of over 1000 colleges. It’s a great place to start, especially if the school you want to attend isn’t nearby. Why not take a virtual tour before committing a visit to that school across the country?

COMMON APPLICATION

The Common Application is used by hundreds of colleges around the country. Save yourself time and energy by filling out one application, instead of five. Please be sure to check the college you are applying to accepts the common application.
