Flu Shots for Homebound Residents


The Burlington Board of Health, Office of the Public Health Nurse, is pleased to announce to our residents who are homebound that we are now scheduling appointments to receive a free seasonal flu shot at home.  This is a public service and free of charge to Burlington residents. Appointments for a homebound visit will be scheduled for early December. To schedule a home visit to receive a seasonal flu shot, please call 781-270-1957 by November 25, 2011.
