New Applicants:
A letter from your
physician indicating blind status as of July 1 for year of application.
OR
A Blind Certificate
from the Commission for the Blind indicating status as of July 1
for year of application.
The applicant must own
and occupy the property as his or hers domicile as of July 1 of the year
of application.
Previous Applicants:
The applicant must
provide an updated Blind Certificate from the Commission for the Blind annually.
