This exemption is available to veterans (& surviving spouses) who have suffered 100% disability in the line of duty and are incapable of working.
All Applicants:
Certification
of a service connected disability from the Veterans Administration of 100%
(TA-1 Form).*
A Statement of
Employment.*
The applicant must own
and occupy the property as his or hers domicile as of July 1 of the year
of application.
*This information must be supplied to the
Assessors Office on an annual basis.
