Where Technology Goes to Work

 

 

In order to comply with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Waste Ban Regulations, the Town has instructed its regular trash collection contractor not to collect any trash put out at the curb which contains Yard Waste (i.e. grass clippings, brush, leaves).   

The only time it will be collected will be during the designated yard waste collection.

The next collection for Yard Waste will start October 22, 2007 and run through November 23, 2007.Other alternatives for disposing of yard waste would be to compost, mulch or contract a landscape company to remove it. 

 

The Town sells Compost Bins for $30.00 and they can be purchased through the DPW.
