Outreach

Joanne Fitzpatrick, the Outreach worker is available Monday through Friday at the senior center. Appointments are preferred, but not necessary. Home visits are available. Call for information on:

  • You Can Program
  • Healthy Eating Workshop
  • Chronic Disease Workshop

Also, Intergenerational Group to be held during the Summer .

Caregivers Support Group - Second Monday at 1 PM

Bereavement Drop-in Support Group - Thursday at 9:30 AM
